Local system
Operational messages receiver
The ID of a user, or the ID of the distribution group that is currently assigned
to receive operational messages. Also valid value is *NONE.
Send alarm call
This field controls if the alarm call function is to be used. When used, a
normal telephone call will be made with a modem. The purpose of this is to
use the loud ring signal to make the operator in charge aware of a system
problem message.
