&T Origin telephone number. The telephone number of the mobile
phone that sent the message.
&U User ID. The user ID in the User file corresponding to the
telephone number.
&Z Operator timestamp. The timestamp assigned to the message
by the operator. The value is 14 bytes long. The first 6 is the
date in YYMMDD format, the following 6 is the time in
HHMMSS format and the last two represents the time zone.
The time zone indicates the difference, expressed in quarters of
an hour, between the local time and GMT (Greenwich Main
Time).
