Length in bytes.
Parameter type
0 Alphanumeric characters allowed. The value will be enclosed in
quotes if the value is not a name when the command string is built.
1 Positive numeric value. The value will be right adjusted and zero
filled according to the parameters length.
Parameter default value
Parameter default value to be used if omitted in the message from the
mobile.
