Verification Tests
• Check Current Status web page on FaxFinder and confirm no errors for Mail Status and Time Server
Status.
• Send a fax to one of the DID numbers and verify that the PBX routes the call to the CO port which
connects to the FaxFinder, monitor the Front Panel on the FaxFinder under DID FAX, TD light should be
on. You may also monitor the FaxFinder DID Fax port with a web browser, under Current Status. The
Phone number field shows the DID digits that are detected.
• Check the FaxFinder log for received fax details.
• Check the email recipient’s inbox and confirm the fax was received.
• Send a fax from the client PC and verify it routed correctly and was received.
