1.1.10.5 Event Download Sequence

When an event occurs that is in the TA event list, as configured using the PAC SETUP

EVENTLIST, SAT is informed using AT^SSTR.

SAT creates the envelope command to send to the SIM application and responds to the TA. During

this operation, SAT remains in the IDLE state.
