+CBM Cell Broadcast Message Directly Displayed
Description: This command is used to read the EF-CBMI SIM file. The EF-CBMI file is not used with the
+CSCB command.
The application should read this file (using AT+WCBM?) and combine the Message
Identifiers with those required by the application.
Syntax:

Values: <mids> Message Identifiers
Indicates type of message identifiers for which the mobile equipment should listen.

(Year/Month/Day,Hour:Min:Seconds±TimeZone)
<dt> Discharge Time in string format: “yy/MM/dd,hh :mm :ss±zz”
(Year [00-99], Month [01-12], Day [01-31], Hour, Minute, Second and
Time Zone [quarters of an hour] )
<st> Status of a SMS-STATUS-REPORT (See Chapter 19)
