+CPBR Read Phonebook Entries
Description: This command returns phonebook entries for a range of locations from the current
phonebook memory storage selected with +CPBS.
Syntax: Depending on the context, several action commands are possible:
The Entry is Stored in the ADN Phonebook and AT+WCOS=0
